Recipients No data will be communicated to third parties outside the municipal administration, except legal obligation, as in compliance with article 28 of Law 39/2015, of the common administrative procedure of Public Administrations, or for the exercise of activities that are not carried out directly by the City Council and that are regulated by contract or agreement
Conservation period The data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they have been obtained and to determine the possible responsibilities that may arise or in accordance with legal obligations
Rights You can exercise, among others, the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of treatment and withdrawal of consent in accordance with current regulations and by writing to the person responsible for the treatment
